Description

This project, led by Dr Lara Greaves in her role as a lecturer in Politics and International Relations, seeks to explore differences between Māori in cultural connection and knowledge, mainly focusing on those who do not know their iwi, but also including other combinations of descent, ethnicity, and iwi affiliation.

We link these different combinations of identities to health and social service access in StatsNZ’s Integrated Data Infrastructure (IDI), looking to illuminate potential differences within them in access to health and social services.
