Description

This project tested the hypothesis that the costs of public health and social services are concentrated in a relatively small proportion of the population of Aotearoa New Zealand – people who use multiple public sectors at a high frequency. With this in mind, we also tested whether that proportion of the population varied based on the type of service, and also based on sex and age.
