Description
This work examined data from surveys that had been conducted as part of INCLUSIVE (Initiating change locally in bullying and aggression through the school environment) trial, also known as Learning Together. This was a multi-component school intervention that included:
- A social and emotional learning curriculum;
- Changes to the school environment; and
- Staff training in restorative practice.
It also set up school action groups including both staff and students, to review local data on needs, review rules and policies, and determine other local actions.
